Although Meg’s long-sleeved Madewell top and midi skirt provided some warmth against the chilly breeze, she was planning for a different forecast. She took the popular festival-fashion route of casual comfort, but opted for the longer styles to protect herself from the sun — which turned out to be MIA for the majority of the festival.
While her Marc Jacobs skirt put a fresh spin on a trend seen across the festival grounds, Meg was actually inspired by a different summer destination: “I thought the skirt looked like a grass skirt, so I bought it for a wedding in Hawaii,” Meg said.
Working as Jackson Browne’s publicist for the weekend, Meg had a packed schedule following the in-demand artist throughout the grounds. So she kept her accessories simple, opting for an oversized black Givenchy bag (which she claims she takes everywhere), muted yellow Alberta Ferretti flats, and a killer pair of shades.
